Discover Great Food Chaat Bhavan

Chaat Bhavan is committed to seriousness, meaning and permanence in its cooking. If we do so well, we hope to be of service to the community in which we live. We are able to draw on the many connections and the history of chefs and cooks who have come before us. We shop locally, use fresh ingredients, and make everything from scratch every day. This is how we mentor and support our staff. We strive to make food more personal, delicious, relevant, unique, and memorable. While we are aware that this is an ongoing task, we are also able to be reckless and try to do it all the time. What we give to others is our food. It is the culmination of our daily efforts.

Chaat Bhavan

Fremont received an excellent response and customers from nearby cities encouraged them to open new locations in their communities. In 2012, we opened another location in Sunnyvale, and a third in Dublin in 2014. They believed in the potential of people’s minds and it was there that they did so. His brothers Gurjeet Singh (Jaspreet Singh), Jaspreet Singh (Sanmukh Singh), Atinderpal Singh, and other family members are involved in all the locations. Chaat Bhavan is known for its traditional Indian food. It is now a household name.

The company has three full-service restaurants as well as a full-service catering service for 50 to 10,000 customers catering. Chaat Bhavan serves Punjabi food, including Maki Di Roti and Parathas. Each dish has a distinct flavor, texture, and taste. Each dish is prepared to perfection.

Chaat Bhavan, a family-run Indian Vegetarian restaurant in the Bay Area of California, is a favorite. Our unique recipe and 10+ years of expertise are the foundations of this restaurant. The heart of the business is a commitment to fresh, authentic, and deliciously prepared food. We are truly “The only one of its kind.”

Gary Singh arrived in the Bay Area, California in 2001 to find a variety of homemade Indian cuisine. He was the first person to open an authentic Indian vegetarian restaurant. He realized that Indians were lacking the authentic taste of Indian food. Gary Singh and his family opened the first Chaat Bhavan vegetarian restaurant in Fremont in 2009 His family supports him in the management of the restaurant. He enjoys interacting with customers and helping to improve the restaurant. It’s hard work, both day and night.

OUR FOOD

The exotic spices of Northern India surrounded our childhood home and influenced us as children. The family farm grows organic vegetables. We learned a lot about how to use every ingredient and spice in our family’s kitchen. We share our passion for authentic Indian cuisine made from fresh ingredients. We don’t use preservatives in our recipes. We believe in food’s healing powers. Every ingredient, such as fresh vegetables, ginger roots, cloves, cardamom green chili and garlic cloves, helps us to stay healthier. Our ingredients are important to us, from how they are obtained, cooked, and served.

Our chefs are a pride of us. They cook with love, care and put their heart into each dish. Every server is trained to be attentive and not take shortcuts.

Chaat Bhavan cooks all meals daily. We use organic, hand-pounded Indian spices for a fresh and delicious aroma. We source vegetables from local sources for all our other needs. To ensure fully-cooked meals, our Dals (lentils) are soaked overnight. We make traditional breads every day to give our customers the sensation of freshly-cooked food.
